How it works
Four portals' results in one list, in the order they were listed — to the minute where the portal says, so the flat that went up at 9:12 is above the one from 9:40 yesterday.
Ask for the agent's or landlord's number without opening the listing. It is looked up when you ask for it, and not before.
When a portal is down, or cannot apply a filter you set, Porchlight says so next to its name instead of quietly leaving homes out.
The same search in the same ten minutes is answered from memory, so browsing back and forth never hammers anyone's site.
